- Act a lead and pivot person who liaises with many functions within the organization to drive for the achievement of assigned projects.
- To develop the core positioning and messaging for the product/dept, initiate a core message, and brief MARCOM to help develop sales tools for the operation team, and marketing collaterals for the customer.
- To track and analyze product/Dept sales performance as well as to produce reports accordingly.
- To continuously develop customer understanding skills and to develop plans around.
- To fully support and facilitate the operation team to drive sales to achieve target.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- More than 5 years experience in Marketing
- Preferred knowledge in Food & Beverages retail field particular in light food category ie Bakery, snack.
- Required skills in marketing planning, marketing activity execution,
- Adaptability to Changes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
