- Design, develop and install PLC Conversion, Machine Vision Systems, IIoT solutions such as Data Acquisitions, Energy Monitoring, Performance Monitoring and Condition Monitoring at our customer production plant.
- Provides & get information and customer requirement, project costing, project installation, commissioning & troubleshooting works of automation equipment, including buy-off and acceptance tests.
- Develop programs using SCADA software such as Mitsubishi Iconics Genesis64 SCADA and PLC software such as Mitsubishi PLC and other controllers.
- Design the system architecture for the Machine Vision, SCADA and automation solutions.
- Prepare project costing and project plan.
- Install, commission and troubleshoot the solutions until project buyoff and completion.
- Supervise and manage automation engineers to support all projects by assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.
